How do I do a resin countertop?
I have the old 80's style drab boring countertop but don't have the $ to replace it right now. I was thinking that a resin counter would be fun and add some flare but not sure where to start.

Find YouTube videos for stone coat countertops. Sift through and you’ll find detailed how-to videos. I haven’t used them, yet, but am getting ready to.
It all depends on what your existing countertop and items like sinks impact the project. A better bet may be the paint kits sold to paint old plastic laminate (Formica, etc.) countertops. A resin probably would be messy and labor intensive.
I have heard that the paint does a great job and the colors are various. You would need to remove the sink if doing a resin. It probably stays in place with the paint.
