How to remove white paint from kitchen cabinets?

Hi Gerry, paint stripper has always been the best way I've found to remove paint. I've always used Zip Strip but its really really toxic. I know they make a "natural" paint stripper now called Citra Strip though I've never tried it it does have pretty good reviews.

Assuming the entire cabinet is painted white. In that case you will probably have to repaint in new color. If the white paint is just slopped on from painting the wall, try Goof Off to get rid of it.

I would strip them with Citristrip if you are redoing them. It is low odor and can be used indoors. Sand before applying a new finish.
