Hardware store, home improvement center, discount store like Wal-Mart or Target, and many on line retailers.
I ordered mine on Amazon. Take a look at Rabbitgoo brand. It is a static cling film that applies with water. When you remove it, there is no sticky mess. I've had mine in the bathroom and a door for a little over a year.

I think I have seen it either at Lowes or Home Depot called Rice Paper. It looked liked a contact paper for a window that let a little light in but you couldn't see through easily.
