Bruce....2 cups Apple Cider vinegar, 1/4 cup Epson salt and a little Dawn....pour in spray bottle and shake.

  It looks like you have a two gallon watering can so I'm guessing it takes about a half gallon of vinegar. I use a pump sprayer so I'll have to make sure that the salt is completely dissolved. All the responses are about salt and vinegar so I'll give it a shot.....or lots of shots. Thanks.
