White cleaning vinegar will remove it but you might want to put something like damp rid in the area to prevent it from coming back.
Use a combination of bleach and water in a spray bottle
Bleach will clean the mildew. Vinegar will kill the spores. Do not mix the two together. The fumes are harmful.
A 50% mixture of water and hydrogen peroxide works too.
