Empty the water and add soil and plants. I drilled a few holes in the bottom of mine to prevent flooding when it rains. Mine is concrete so was not to hard to drill through.

Mine was thick concrete so I put stone in the bottom for drainage. Then some pea Gravel dirt and dirt add plants , beautiful 🥰
