Use denatured alcohol. Paint thinner should be safe but denatured alcohol has never failed me and fumes aren't bad, evaporate quickly.
Tack cloth
Mineral spirits.
I wouldn’t use paint thinner which is often mineral spirits because it leaves a petroleum-based light yellow residue.
Denatured alcohol will evaporate “clean”.
Use a tak cloth with some denatured alcohol. Wipe really well and it will get all the dust off. Then go over the entire piece with a microfiber cloth.
