You need to know your building codes, and if any permits are needed.do the sewer lines relocating? This is where you talk with a contractor who has a good reputation. In my area I have called the better business bureau for references.
You need to hire a contractor. While I am all for DIY, this is not a project to be done without at least some construction experience or knowledge of how the project is to be completed. Plans need to be drawn up and submitted in order to get your permit. Building codes need to be followed and inspections performed. Here is how to hire any contractor you will ever need:
