Lysol Power Bathroom Cleaner in a blue trigger spray bottle with a scrubber has done the best for removing soap scum for me. Spray on and immediately start scrubbing. I have a battery operated scrubber so it's easy peasy removal in my case. Hubby uses bar soap so there's always a build up when I get to the farmhouse.

  • Plain old white vinegar has always worked for me. To prevent this from occurring, get everyone to rinse the shower well when done. It does help.

White vinegar has worked for me as well. Looked for more suggestions and found that baking soda and ammonia can work too, and baking soda is safe for porcelain.

I've done this and love it.
