How can I get rid of flys on my patio? In the summer they seem to hang out under the eves of the patio.

Bug zapper, fly strips, and spray under the eves to keep them away.
Patio fans is what works best for me. Make sure yard is neat and tidy, trash can lids closed securely and any pet poop picked up daily. Still you can't avoid some showing up to the party.
