I'm pretty sure they can be replaced. Try an upholstery shop that does a variety of work. Be sure the frame is in good condition before having the cloth replaced.

They can be replaced. Lowes, Home Depot, Menard's, Amazon, or online.

I know weird to say this..

But have you seen a screen window..it sort of reminds me of this..there's a tool you can buy from walmart or hardware type store..and screening ..it shows you how to replace the screen etc..I sure it might not be right material..but they do have heavy screening..

But its an idea..

Think outside of the box.

Before really having a huge cost.

Or just get new chairs..

But just an idea ;)
