Hi Maria. I first vacuum mine out. The if you have a self cleaning mode I would do that. Make sure you can open your windows and that you will be home. It will get smoky. After it has done that I wipe it out and then make a paste of baking soda and vinegar. I then scrub it down and wipe clean. I take that racks outside and spray them with vinegar then leave them out on the grass over night. The dew from the grass makes it sure easy to clean. Usually I can just wipe them down the next morning. Good Luck!
