How to keep big patio rugs from moving & bunching up in the wind?

There’s tables & chairs on them & I’ve put heavy bricks & plants on each corner & sides where there is no furniture, but they won’t stay in place.

Is there a way to anchor the corners? Perhaps add a loop to each corner and along the sides to anchor them with, similar to what some beach/patio rugs come equipped with.
No & there’s nothing to anchor them to.
Try using globs of hot glue under the corners and step on them. Easy to remove when needed.
