I just read an article about steam cleaning. With a hand held steamer would I be able to 1) steam clean the inside of the care windshield? 2) Could I steam clean windows and their tracks? https://www.thespruce.com/portable-steam-cleaner-uses-1908886?utm_campaign=househomesl&utm_medium=email&utm_source=cn_nl&utm_content=16951555&utm_term=bouncex14

I would not use it on car or any glass. The heat can break or shatter the glass.

If you really want your car that clean, maybe you should think about it to be detailed. I try to that at least once a year

Specialty car washes provide this service. Usually leave car overnight, they thoroughly clean everything, shampoo, wax, add vinyl or leather protection. Comes back better than ever. Here cost around $100

cleaning glass.....Straight Rubbing/Isopropyl alcohol and clean white wash cloth no fabric softener on it (leaves streaks smears) & no paper towels they are treated with chemicals to increase absorbtion leaves streaks & smears;pour alcohol on cloth & wipe glass. wipe inside one direction-vertically, the otherside -horizontally this way you can tell which side you have missed something. Paper towels are expensive and kill lots of trees to make. Rubbing alcohol evaporates asap and is basically what is in window cleaners minus chemicals and blueing agent & it is much cheaper.
