How can I keep the neighbor's dog out of my yard?

Pooping, frantic barking, charging are the problems. Liquid Fence doesn't work. I'm older and they're young and totally oblivious, even when they're outside and the dog is in my yard and barking at me just because I'm there.

Your local animal control/police dept. if you don't have animal control... it's not dogs fault it's irresponsible owners & they need to be made aware they are a problem

Need to talk to neighbor. Use a hose to shoot him when he comes in yard, lastly report them for not controlling their animal.

Try this sprinkler. It works to keep animals out of my garden, maybe it will scare him off: https://amzn.to/2HGYgZq

If the dog is charging you, it may become more aggressive. If neighbors can't better control the dog, videotape and call police/animal control. Most municipalities prohibit owners permitting dogs outside their property lines. The dogs feces present a clear health violation.

Plant Rue on your shared property line. Most dogs will avoid it.
