How do you get the baseboards dusted?

My vacuum scratches the paint and when I use my dry mop, the dust flies everywhere. I’m nervous to put anything on the mop as the baseboards are all over hardwood.
I cant get down on my knees anymore!

Shannon, have you tried the long handled Swiffer dusters? I use it for mine and it works great for many hard to reach places.
Perhaps there is a dusting attachment for your vacuum? My Shark has one, works great
