How to get rid of floor scratches?

Any tips on how to fix/cover up these scratches on "wood" floors?

Lightly sand and stain the area with a middle color stain.
Rustoleum sells hardwood restorer
Use crayons in several colors. Buff with a soft cloth.
A carpenter gave me this advise and it works. Get clear Polyurethane in whatever finish your floors are done in. Mine are a satin or matte, but I used satin. Take a thin makeup brush and fill in the scratches. Try to contain within the scratches. It is a very tedious job, but you cannot see the scratches on my floor at all. Some were deep scratches, too.

Old English puts out scratch removers for light and dark wood. They work pretty well.
