How can I use a fountain in my front yard that doesn't work?

They make great statement planters
You could plant flowers in it. Upright and trailing so that it looks like the fountain is flowing flowers.
Can you repurpose it for a bird bath?
I like the idea of adding flowers or creating a succulent garden. I also think it would look cool filled with decorative rocks.
