I would use concrete sealer, I have done this for mosaics and barn quilts and it works great! I goes on clear and doesn’t yellow over time. Good luck, it’s beautiful!
Your work is truly a piece of art, and the above answer is the one I would have given you also but had to say what an amazaing piece you have created.
Ceil, your creation is absolutely beautiful and if I saw it in a store I would purchase it in a heartbeat......it's refreshing to look at. Good work!!!!!
I recall buying the product spray to protect from Sherman-Williams hope they still carry it.

Give it a try
I will give it a try and thanks for the recommendation.
Dee is correct for what you want to do. Two part clear resin. You can buy from Amazon, Hobby Lobby, or Michaels. I think Menards, and Home Depot carry it, but not sure. You would need to create a "curb'" around the lazy susan slightly higher than the highest tile. About 1/4" would work. Then mix the resin and pour it in. Then just remove the "curb". You can make a "curb with a few layers of duct tape.
Epoxy is a good Idea, but you should make a test before. Good luck!
This is the one I prefer : https://www.rustoleum.ca/product-catalog/consumer-brands/varathane/epoxy-based-clear-finish/bar-and-table-finish
William is right that you first have to create some kind of stiff wrapping, or curb around the circumference in order to hold the resin in, and prevent it from dripping off, before it hardens. Think springform baking pans; same idea.
