If they are superfical scrathes I would try a good leather cleaner first (Meguiar's Gold). Test it on a hidden area first. Use a generous amount on a cotton rag and work into the scratches.

Your chair looks just like recliner did. I searched and searched the web for help and found “Rub-n-Restore”. This product is AMAZING and cheap. It only took me a couple of hours to repair the cat scratches using superglue and sandpaper (tutorial on how to do this is on their website) and restore the color to my recliner. I also changed the color of my recliner. I went from a reddish-brown to deep chocolate brown and like it so much better. But with this product I could’ve even changed the color to white! My recliner looks like new. You can use the Rub-n-Restore on vinyl as well but the repair technique only works on leather. Sorry, this picture is two years old and I didn’t take a before pic. But it was bad! Here is the link. Check out their tutorials. I do not work for or get kick backs from this company. I just truly love this amazing product.

I have read that good ol' olive oil, constantly rubbed into leather (preferably in circular moves) brings it back to good. Haven't tried it ourselves yet but will. Our leather suite though is dark brown/red so will wait and see. Anything is worth a try
