Sevin Years ago its what we used when we bought our first house. We also tore out all the carpet and bombed the house. Be careful if you have animals and follow the directions

Growing pennyroyal in your yard will repel fleas. Mix borax together with powdered sugar as a poison bait for ants, or lightly sprinkle diatomaceous earth where you've seen ants. Tick populations can be reduced by keeping grass height shorter, eliminating piles of wood/branches, etc., and using brush killer on heavy stands of weeds. Follow with a liberal spray of clove oil or a large handful of cloves left to sit in 2 quarts of boiling water. Cool, and let sit, covered, for a week, then mix in a garden sprayer with a few drops of lemon dish liquid.
