How do I make a weed killer using salt?

Mix in a spray bottle. If you have a larger area, you can mix in a garden sprayer with larger quantities. Use when it will not be raining for a few hours so that it isn’t washed away.

Here is the link to the weed recipe I use.

This is an additional link I think is helpful. It explains why only spraying the weeds won't kill the root of the weeds. So once the top of the weeds are killed they still must be pulled to prevent the roots from regenerating the green part of the plant. It additionally talks about how adding too much salt to your garden can effect the pH of your soil.

Just be careful with salt as it will kill everything around it and make your soil barren for a while.
