What would be the fastest way to wash dirt off a large rock in yard?

    Get yourself a hose sprayer nozzle that has a variety of streams. The jet stream would work well, although it's not a wide stream. Experiment with several settings to see what works best. I've used this method to kind of "power wash" a walkway. Of course it isn't as powerful as a power washer, but it will move leaves and loose dirt quite nicely.

    hose with good sprayer nozzle on stream and a stiff floor brush would be cheaper than renting a power washer use some dawn dish soap on it too then rinse it off

    Hello, use your garden hose on the pressure stream,(the skinny stream), and spray the rocks to presoak, then spray a water soap mixture on them, use a broom to spread the soapy mix around, and then rinse thoroughly
