How can I prevent my "full of yard waste" paper bags from the rain?
I don't have any place to store them once full, inbetween biweekly pick-ups. My yard is large, many bags, and not in a position to fully compost yet. Thanks!!!
Kathy, you can put a gutter where there is no overhang and guide the rain into a downspout.
You might need rain gutter on your overhangs. This is where most of the rainwater will come down off the pitch of the roof if you are talking about a house with a normal roof. The sides where there is no overhang don't normally have water coming off of them unless the roof is pitched there.
