Just hose them down with a garden hose. Or a pressure washer. If they need a bit more, brush first with a stiff bristle brush. Then hose down.

If not you can try a mild soap and water with a scrub brush, rinse with garden hose
pressure washers have come down in price. Invest in one for about $80 and you will find a lot of uses for it.
