There are thousands of pictures of man caves on Google Images and Pinterest.
Best is such a general word...Best for what? We need more specific information about what type of man cave you want to create, and the aprox sq footage of the room you have to work with. Is the basement finished already? Are you looking for just decorating ideas? or will the project involve construction to finish the space first? Do you have a theme chosen already?

#ManCave What do you want in yours?
It it's not too late I would strongly suggest to install a sink, fridge, slider/pull out garbage receptacle, and a dedicated closet for a vacuum cleaner. The first time you use these features, it will be worth the extra $ that you spent to have them put in before everything is closed up.
I would definitely recommend installing the new thin integrated-LED ceiling lights, on dimmer switches. They are easy to install, do not give off any heat, do not require any insulation like the old can style lights, and fit well into low basement ceilings. Once you see the clean, clear light, I'm sure you will wonder how you ever lived with old shadowy and dim light bulbs.
