You can remove broken tile, remove old thin set, insert ne tiles, and grout. All tile can be removed and another floor can be laid.

  • Was that new tile that you laid, and then it broke up? That would mean that the base the tile is mounted on is moving. Tile needs to be laid on a completely none moveable surface. Every tile installer doing a floor I've seen for my jobs always lays a layer of floor leveler out for the base, after they secure the underlayment super good.

What is the subfloor you put the tiles on? Should be cement board. Was the floor solid and level? Should be leveled with a self leveling flooring compound.

Older floor...Remove all the old tile and thinset. Make sure the floor is level. Lay a long straight board across the floor and see if there are any gaps. If there are you can use a self leveling floor compound to level it. Then thinset and screw on cement board. Now you can lay new tile.

AAAH! A photo. No way to repair to make it look even fair. Slivers of tile, grout line don't line up. A patch job would just look, like a patch job. Were there walls where the concrete shows? Was it a pantry? The center tiles would need to be removed. Slivers of tiles on the left would need to be removed, Floor leveled with self leveling compound if needed. Then dry fit new tiles to match up grout lines. Any cut tiles need to be against the walls. Install tiles. Those look like pretty common tiles you can get at the homecenter or a tile shop.
