Hi Alejandro, take them down and put them in the bath to soak with a few tablespoons of dishwashing liquid. LEt them soak for a bit and rinse and rehang.
If they are just dusty, put socks (or a piece of microfiber cloth) around the ends of tongs and use those around the slats. If they are dirty, dust them first, then use a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water with a few drops of Dawn as a cleaning solution. Wishing you the best.

If they are just dusty, a swiffer duster would be a great option!
