What plant is this?

Been trying to do a few patio flowers. Received this one from a friend. The leaves feel a bit rubbery with a bit of fuzz. Can anyone help?
It might be a kalanchoe.

A reverse image Google search gave me the answer that is it a Stonecrop plant., or at least is related to the Stonecrop family of plants- scientific name: Crassulaceae.
