What can I do with a steep hill?

You could build terraces if you're wanting to grow gardens.

Working with the same issue. I am slowing adding plants and filling in with ground cover. It is really tough to take care of so I am continuously adding small shrubs and patiently waiting for ground cover to spread.
You could make the entire thing a rock garden, with a pond at the bottom with a waterfall þype thing going from the top. Add pathways, plant herbs & flowers/plants that like full sun. You could even make it into a fairy/gnome gadèn. With something that size you could make an entire fairy/gnome village lol
Collect drift wood/shells/rocks etc (if you can get to a beach/water) large rocks take up more space
Or if you're feeling really daring you could make a multi level deck!
Have you considered terracing to make it usable space?
