Ja Ka....Find a board the size you want...paint it the color you like...in another color stencil the word Welcome but don't center it. Buy a pretty sunflower you like and remove the stem and glue it to the wood before the W on welcome. Attach a ribbon to each top corner at back with hot glue or you can staple...then hang. I would suggest laying everything on the board to get the look you want before gluing or painting the letters. Good luck....I think simple!
