Thanks, I’ll try this! Had one for 20 yrs and had no problems. Got a new one 2 months ago and can’t get it clean even though I use ceramic cleaner every night. Ready to get old style electric.

I put a towel wet with vinegar over top let sit to loosen any burnt on foods then add some baking soda(scrubbing)and a little dawn dish(grease cutting) then scrub top with cotton wash cloth(no fabric softener) then rinse well with hot water and wipe with clean cotton towels so it doesn't spot I also use a product called BoiCleaner it a clay that polishes and shines/protects glass, stainless, copper. Great stuff

Thanks for the info. I’ll give this a try. I clean my stovetop every night with what they recommended and it doesn’t get everything off. I’m ready to sell this 2month old stove and get an old fashioned electric style. Yuck!
