How can I get rid of these weeks without making holes on the tarp?

I don't want to pull the weeds because it makes holes on the tarp.

Do I understand correctly that you only want tarp and rocks to show in your yard? If so, mix salt and vinegar together with a bit of water in a spritz bottle and spray them down.

IN 2 gallon sprayer mix 1 gallon vinegar 1 gallon lemon juice and 2 cups table salt into sprayer mix well do not dilute with water spray weeds in full hot direct sun, no rain for next 3 days . Since you have let them get so big and out of control, spray them heavily soak them mostly in center/crown where the mixture can run down into plant roots, it looks bad so you will need to repeat this again. don't wait next time, small weeds easier to remove, won't tear tarp, don't regrow easily and do not get/produce/have seed heads that will produce thousands of more weeds soon or lay dormant for years and keep sprouting.

Selective herbicides ( wont harm grass) can be purchased at most retail venues —if you do not wish to use chemicals there are alternatives.

There are many natural household type of ways to eliminate your weeds, these very helpful links from Hometalk are a great a great synopsis.
