How to paint on outside glass items?

I have items that go outside & I have more than 150 craft paint colors. I paint rocks then spray paint with clear high gloss & survives rain or shine. I don't Know-how to paint on my glass decorations.

Glass is hard, especially when exposed to the elements. The best thing I think will have a chance of lasting would be using oil based paints or spray paints.
