How do you clean horizontal blinds without taking them off the window?

You can wipe them over with a damp cloth.
You could try to vacuum them with a brush attachment on your vacuum wand.
This works best with one pair of hands holding the blind taut away from the window, and the other pair of hands doing the vacuuming. However, you may find it easier to do this if you remove the blind first and lay it flat on the floor.
This is the best way I have found to clean them: see photo. You can get them at walmart.
