Did you mean mosquitoes? I couldn't find anything on "backyard Moscow," but Google's suggested search was "backyard mosquitoes." If that's what you meant, I like to use citronella candles--seems to work well, and you can find them at most home improvement or big box stores.

In addition to plants, I have 2 patio fans. One on each end facing into the seating and dining area. Set on low creates a breeze so they stay away. Works like a charm!
