Ive been thinking about painting my hardwood floor in my livingroom. What type of paint do I use and do I roll it on or brush?

You can roll it on, just need to cut in the perimeter with a brush. Wash the floor down with TSP and then send the sheen off. For the most durable finish use oil based primer and paint. Lighyly sand between coats.

Just know if you want to go back it will be more pricy to refinish and you are lessening the value of your hardwood floor for resale.

Porch and Floor paint wears the best, and roll it on is fastest with touch ups using a brush where needed.
