Most blockages are caused by a build up of grease and fat. I spend hours filling it up with boiling water and using a plunger. Once it starts to flow keep running the boiling water. Mine took about 30 minutes of running boiling water but it cleared the blockage. The wastage of water was better than the cost of a plumber.
Pour some baking soda down both drains. Then pour some vinegar down both drains. Immediately cover both drains with a cloth and press down. The pressure should push the clog through. Follow with hot or boiling water. It it still is clogged then the clog is further down the drain pipe. Then it will need to be rodded from underneath.

Baking soda 1 cup after you take out all water then one cup white vinager let bubble till it stopes 20 min then pour very hot water down the drain
