I joined mine together with cable ties.
Blow up a balloon use pliers bend wire over balloon & finish off top & bottom by having made circular metal piece to hook over cut ends of the 'latitude' 'longitude' wire cut & bend glue the intersections of wires with a Jewelers glue.
If you mean the half circle plant hangers, you could wire them together and cover them with paper mache.
