How do I get a stubborn decal off my car window?

I've tried Goo Gone, Window cleaner and a razor blade. Nothing works. Any secrets from car service departments?

use razor to scrap off
WD40 should soften it up, then rub with a soft cloth.
I had a decal stuck on my car. I used a hair dryer and it came off easy.
