How do I get built up dust from along the carpet baseboard?

Over the years dust has built up on the carpet along the baseboards as these areas seldom get a good vacuum

Have you got an attachment for the hoover hose pipe with a narrow nozel? I would try this along the baseboards.

The nozzle attachment sometimes works, but once in a while, I'll get down and use an old toothbrush to clean out that area. It's annoying, isn't it? Wishing you the best.
Becca....I actually get on hand and knees using a damp rap and small hand held carpet brush...my vac does a good job but usually do this a couple of times a year.
I use a carpet brush for those areas.
