How do I make a bird feeder?

Bird feeders can be as cheap or as fancy as you like. My mom put an old hubcap on a large rock by her dining room table to feed her birds. I have a terra cotta flat piece on the top of a tomato cage in the corner of my yard to feed the birds. You can buy concrete stands and make your own top by using quikrete cement over large leaves (like rhubarb leaf or tropical plant leaf) and let it set and put it on the concrete stand. You can buy special made bird feeders at places like walmart. Hope this helps answer your questions.
