Hi it looks like a stink horn mushroom. Smells like something died and rotting, Do not eat. Generally harmless in the garden but most people I know just put on some gloves, pulls it out and throw away.

Maybe? looks like somekind of Jack in the Pulpit(alternate names Arisaema, Jack in the pulpit, memory root, wake robin, three-leaved Indian turnip, wild turnip, bog onion, dragon root, devil's dear, starch wort) a woodland plant or Italian Arum(stalk comes up first then gets red berries then leaves-arrow shaped(poisonous plants) ...... need a picture back a little bit too;to see it around other plants for size comparision. Is it in full sun or shade?

It’s about 3.5 - 4 inches tall, in part shade/mostly sun with my “live forever” plants. Lots of rain over the past several weeks

I don't know what it is but that is an incredibly clear picture! What did you use to take the picture?
