How can I get rid of chipmunks?

They are making holes all over my yard and in my gatage and every where!

You might try poking mothballs into the holes. I have used this method with voles.
Have a Heart traps. Then you have to drive them miles away to set them free...preferably on the other side of a very busy road. We've removed 12 from our property already using this method.
