If it gets black stains on it, try a Mr. Clean Magic eraser and an oxy cleaner. I have a few white chairs and a Rubbermaid settle that was a roadside rescue and covered in black spots. This worked well for me with a bit of elbow grease.

Blue Dawn soapy water
If that doesn't get it, add a degreaser
Pressure Washer if it's truly bad with one of these cleaning additives.
