I need ideas for covering plywood walls?

Our bathroom is dark, has no windows and the walls are finished plywood. I'm considering mirror tiles, or doing a heavy texture, or?

My thoughts are to texture then paint, wallpaper, or tile adhesive.

A textured wallpaper like grasscloth would look beautiful.
