How can I make a DIY privacy fence for the pool?

I'm wanting a privacy fence on the treet side of pool. But cant afford a real privacy fence.

You could make a fence using lattice, that would be a lot cheaper than putting in a complete fence. Grow vines up it to add even more privacy. Here are a few ideas; you could even grow train vines along heavy strings running between posts:
