For tougher stains, you can use a paste of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda.
Peroxide is a natural bleach alternative and can help lift those tough stains. After using the tub, keep mildew, mold and soap scum under control by spraying the area with a vinegar solution.
paste of one part hydrogen peroxide to two parts baking soda (or cream of tartar). Rub the paste on the stain and let stand for 30 minutes to one hour, then wipe and rinse.
