Can someone identify this for me? I was I was I initially excited thinking one of my perennials that I planted last year were really growing good...now I am thinking it is a nasty weed:(. Thank you!!

Let me know , I am curious. I have a perennial that has leaves something like that and has clusters of flowers on it (can't think of the name of it) and has not started to bloom yet.
