How can I remove a ketchup stain from fabric?

I just noticed a ketchup stain on a new white cotton blouse & was dried (not dryer) before I noticed. I hav used bleach, vinegar & scrubbed.

Try washing with a Bio powder after using vanish on the stain!
That's an easy one because it is white and cotton. Just put that part of the blouse with the stain in a recipient of hot water with tablet (or 2) for cleaning false teeth. Leave it over night, rince A lot of not seen blood stains or a fairly amount of non identified stains are gone this way. I never tried it on color though....bur because your blouse is white....
I've had success with Dawn dish soap and hydrogen peroxide. Scrub both sides of the fibers and rinse thoroughly.
